Support of PLaST activities by Slovak Arts Council

PLaST has received public funding support by Slovak Arts Council in 2020. Thanks to this we will be able to initiate many new activities. We continue in the project of discussions and analysis of local dance pieces called Dance Season. In Autumn we will again organize a round table, which will focus on current works, creators, tendencies, potentials.

We are also part of the preparation team of the first Slovak Dance Platform, taking place in November 2020 (in cooperation with the Bratislava in Movement Association and our partners Theatre Institute and Nudance Fest). Therefore, this year we are intensively devoted to the foreign presentation of Slovak dance. You can also expect a slight redesign of our web page and a series of lectures with foreign guests, as well as practical seminars about promotion of dance, communication with the audience or promoters.
