Žabková, Priečková: Bodies in Trouble

Performance is part of the project Berghain duets. (Berghain as a metaphore of shelter, paradise garden or a mythical place that creates support for everybody without distinction of gender, religion, social status,..)

Eva Priečková is currently freelance artist mostly based in Slovakia. Her current research is focused on
concept of flowing energy- beeing flow mainly in pedagogical practice. She is trying to find constant connection between artistic creation and daily processes as well as focus on listening and smooth perception. Sometimes she gets melancholic and closed, sometimes she feels inspired, encouraged and
subtle. As creator she is inspired by everyday life- simplicity and complexity at the same time, experimental music, voice and spirit.

Zuzana Žabková born in Slovakia, was for a while based in Germany, recently moved to Prague and in the moment she is again calling her base the space behind the walls of her home. She is still an artist, dancer and choreographer working in the frame of performance, video and installation. She likes thinking
permaculture and questioning the utopies which failed. She considers herself as an outsider but she likes people and likes to initiate or be part of collaborative projects. She is asking herself often what are the fundamental things which has to be changed from the side of the artists in order to change the conditions of the labour and the care within its potential social impacts. She really likes to move as a reptile.
